Excellent. 8) For the plot of the character swap, my suggestion is as such:

An ancient (water clan?*) civilization once made a bunch of gateways (in the form of stone arches) leading to different worlds, which they scattered all over the globe. Something happened that resulted in the civilization being wiped out, leaving all these dormant portals waiting to be opened.
Little did they know, that most of those worlds would eventually be conquered by Hell and assimilated into its vast prison network. These planets were once much like Earth, but have since been taken over by the demons, and are now mostly wasteland.
One day, a group of explorers stumbles upon an artifact that somehow triggers the gateways to open, opening the floodgates to a demon invasion. The disappearance of the explorers (probably due to the artifact claiming their life force in order to trigger the portals) and the sighting of strange creatures draws a group of bounty hunters to the place where the disappearances started.
Now, maybe the demons did something to the artifact that makes it impossible for the process to be reversed, or maybe it was just a piece of crap, but the heroes now have to somehow close all the portals before the demons launch a concerted invasion. Probably by delving neck-deep into demon territory and closing the portals from the inside.
*I say water clan because I think it would be cool if their major city was at the bottom of an ocean trench heheh.

Now, I have an idea as to how the heroes would go about closing the gates, but there's only so much we can plan ahead without the whole RP being rehearsed. XD
AFAIK This is basically the alien invasion plot, but without the aliens. So it's the best of both worlds! @u@


So basically
-> Some guys start disappearing.
-> The heroes investigate
-> They find a huge broken machine in some creepy island ruins I guess
-> With like. A portal.
-> They get attacked by some weird creatures
-> At some point they find out that the secret to ending the demon threat lies at the bottom of the ocean??? (I'm feeling like this should happen close to the beginning but it could also be an eleventh hour type deal so yeah)
-> crap happens

The "ancient civilization being wiped out" does not fit DE canon imho. Unless they were the light dragons, which could kinda make sense, yanno portals and stuff, but the water dragons are alive and kicking Other than that i gove it a +1* head nod*

Hahah yeah, I thought of that too, like perhaps the light clan had another sky-city that ended up crashing into the ocean long ago, but then wouldn't Lantea know about it? It just felt weird for there to be another light city that the main dragons aren't involved in.. Unless this is taking place before their time. Which is possible. XD
And the civilization that got wiped out wouldn't have been the whole water clan, just a subset of it. XD

Then what are you suggesting, that we wait before starting the demon RP? Cause I do like the light city idea, it just seems like it would complicate things. XD

Well to be honest i am not really OK with such large event as this being inserted in the middle fo the history IMHO it would be best if this did not take part on DE/ in the main universe. Just a generic "land" somewhere

Aw, but what if later we want to integrate these characters into the main RP? :BB And, the way I arranged it, is that there wouldn't really be any full-scale invasion, since each portal leads to a different world. Now that portal might lead to somewhere densely populated or it might not. Hell, it may not even be discovered by the time the heroes get to it. The majority of the portals would probably be on the continent anyways, in some remote location. uwu Maybe a village or two gets overrun, but the island receives so little news from the continent that the main guys probably wouldn't even notice. XD

A) They'll be prolly old as hell or dead already by the time of current RP I called dibbs on integrating mine into chronicles some time ago making this like 1st clan war era

B) The way my guy is written, getting to the continent might be... Problematic Although you assassin creeps might love it that way.

A) You may want to rethink that considering someone else will be guiding their development. XD

B) I guess they'll just have to stay at home. XD But srsly if they can't travel then I don't see how this RP is going to be fun for the one playing them. ;P ;P

And at least on the wizard's part, that is prolly general rule for all dragons, not jsut the one i made xD

Hnn well if it's just a matter of being unwelcome, I don't imagine the dragons will be going too close to any wizard places. Anyways, we'll have to vote on a timeline and location. I don't think it matters all that much anyways. XD I just think it's more fun when the characters are all in relatively the same time frame. (more LTGB shenanigans)
