The Grand NPC Reference Thread

Okay, so in the course of roleplaying, a lot of NPCs are created, and, quite often, discarded. Sometimes, though, a player wants to use one more than once. This will hopefully be a place where you can look up a bit about some of the more important/recurring NPCs without having to comb through all the threads.
Exactly who is important enough to go here is up to you, but chances are that you won't need that random demon soldier your character impaled ever again.

Right now this place is pretty empty, but everyone can help fill up this list! Just add a comment with the necessary information, and I (or an admin, if I happen to die suddenly) will edit into this top post here for easy reference. (I will edit for consistency of style and grammar, but I promise you that I don't mean to offend by doing so.)

A good form to follow is this:

Section 1: Regular/Major NPCs: This is where the most major of the NPCs go. They may be particularly important to the plot or the characters, and are often played by one member just like a normal character. Should have a name (or alias) and a personality.

He is proficient in many forms of weaponry, including swords, crossbows, whips, and bolas..
While not himself capable of performing magic, Raurik is able to possess his opponents via the elder demon's influence, gaining access to all their stores of knowledge and quite possibly turning them into thralls. This only works at point blank range, however.

He is a large, muscular dragon with a reddish tan hide and large, sickle-like claws. A crest of spines runs down his neck to his tail. His wings are large and ragged. He has bloodshot eyes with red irises. Most notably however are the pair of heat-resistant steel jaws he has replaced his real teeth with. These vicious metal chompers are deadly sharp and if the loss of blood doesn't get you upon being bitten, the rust and septicemia will. Wiremouth is a very nasty guy and he won't hesitate to brutally *MURDERSLAUGHTER* anyone that stands in his way. Though mercilessly cutthroat he maintains a smooth, mirthful disposition and never, ever loses his cool. He is never more at home than when he is bathed from head to foot in blood in the middle of a battlefield. This is a dragon that depends almost as much on mind games and intimidation as he does on brute strength, of which he has plenty.
While he associates only with his dark clan heritage his moves center mostly around earth magic. Some favorite moves of his are sending a wave of earthen spikes speeding towards his opponent, encasing parts of his body in rock with large spikes jutting out to be used as weapons and self-defense (especially on his tail and forearms) and raising large chunks of rock from the ground and sending them hurtling towards his opponent with a powerful sweep of his tail. He can also detect metal in the earth's crust and if there is some close enough to the surface he will use this instead.
He gives no quarter and expects none in return.

Little is known about the Master, only that he is a very old and very powerful demon. Over a thousand years old, he hides his true age with a concealment charm to make himself appear younger, though what it cannot hide is the unhealed wound on his left side given to him by Pyhrros Ferona a decade before the start of the roleplay.
He is not the Dark Clan's first Master, his predecessor having been the leader to seal the demon assassin Shadow into his centuries-long slumber. This Master, however, is due to be succeeded soon as well, and the deceitful and younger members of the Dark Council are eying the the future power vacuum hungrily.
That's not to say that the Master is weak, though, because his power is undoubted and virtually unchallenged. Among his own kind, he can inflict pain with a word, connect his mind with his servants', observe the movements of his clan anywhere at any time, and even sense and raise the spirits of the dead. When push comes to shove, he takes off his cloak, uncaps his power, and physically becomes his younger image, the years cleansed away by his UNLIMITED POWAHHH.

On the council, he silenced suggestions that the fabled Dark Clan might exist, and he "removed" politicians who got in his way. His second duty to his home clan was to track down likely candidates for the Night Hunters and test them, which resulted in a fair bit of overlap between these tasks.

Other Info: Raurik is a dragon hunter who traded his life essence to an eldritch demon in exchange for supernatural abilities. He is highly resilient to both physical and magical damage, and can regenerate lost tissue rapidly. This doesn't stop the inexorable decay of his body, however. Eventually he will be consumed completely, allowing the elder demon who possesses him to access into this world.
Though nearly indestructible, Raurik's damage output is somewhat limited by his human form. Though given supernatural strength via his pact with the elder demon, his capacity to resist damage far outstrips his ability to cause it.
He is proficient in many forms of weaponry, including swords, crossbows, whips, and bolas..
While not himself capable of performing magic, Raurik is able to possess his opponents via the elder demon's influence, gaining access to all their stores of knowledge and quite possibly turning them into thralls. This only works at point blank range, however.

In the time that has past since his capture, Rosengard has forgotten every detail of his past life, even how to speak. His once lustrous red scales are now tarnished and blackened, his green eyes replaced with milky white. He has even forgotten most of his magic, retaining only his firebreath attack and the ability to ignite his claws. Despite this, Rosengard and the other converted dragons are formidable tools of the dragon hunters, feeling neither pain nor mercy.

EDIT (only not really): Although I've been adding NPCs continuously to this list, I hesitate to catalogue those closely associated with people's player characters - mainly those who have relationships that extend to before the start of the roleplay. This includes close friends, enemies, relatives, spouses, and so on.
I don't know as much about these guys as the people who created them, and they are much more exclusively played/referred to by their creators.
So, should I include these people (like Lok, Vaynir, Lisim/Jaraen, Odin, Visron, Amelia, Terexes etc.), or leave it to the people who made them to describe them elsewhere? (At least three of the aforementioned kind of have profiles already.)
And if we do include them here, I'm going to need some of their players to officially post the info in this thread, since I really don't know any more about them than their creators would.

All right, so I've updated with a bunch of NPCs lately (with still more entries to write!), but I can only type what I've gleaned from their glorious few sentences. There might be some mistakes in there, too, so if people could just scan for their usernames and help correct facts or fill in some of the gaps, that'd be great. Most of the areas of concern are down in the EB section, especially since I'm not sure who survived the final battle.
Expect me to continue plowing through some more of these guys tomorrow.
