Dark Mirror: Clans

Scourge smiled taking a few steps closer to the dragoness while hooking his mace to his back. "Not necessarily! It's been a week or so and I haven't seen or heard of my god child lately; nor know where he is present," he spoke looking at the blue warm skies sniffing the air, "I'm sure your aware that death has filled the air at your fortress since you came that way, and my godson's blood I can smell there as well. What has happened a weak ago Tara of the fire blood?" He asked being as calm as ever before when he is traveling with Thoron. He actually saw potential in this dragon, and for that he gave true respect to this fire clanner then any other dragon he encountered alongside Thoron.

Observation: He began slowly walking toward the fire fortress' location seeing that is surely a good place he could find a clue to the wielder of Armageddon's whereabouts. Anyways that's where he was going to start, unless Tara still has need of him. Then he will find him on the way while they travel.

Thoron ate his share of two horses because of his huge appetite, but hated the taste of his meal. He looked over at the dragoness and spoke while lying down to rest, "So how was your catch?" he asked hiding his look of disgust from the thick hair coating his tongue and tangling his teeth. I knew I should of burnt the hair off of them before eating, but I was just too damn hungry. Thought the giant deeply while flicking his tongue from time to time trying to remove the horse hair from his jaws.

All the ice dragons outside at the capital turned to face the warm breeze which shouldn't be present in the cold climate. "Stay here and help keep the Dark Clan situation in order." Isis said to Sarin, "I'll take a team down to check out this disturbance. Lets just hope that Fire Clan isn't going to try anything. Chail, Rhine, Glacious and Frostif, with me." He called, stalking foreward, following the breeze to the disturbance.

Once they started getting close it was easy to find their way to the center of the disturbance; the snow was melting to slush and once they came within sight of a Fire Clan female and a large humanoid soldier. Isis held his growing anger in check at the state of a section of their territory. The others he had chosen, with this situation in mind, didn't bare their teeth but he could see their rage as well. "Explain yourself, Fiery. You're within our grounds and we will not tollerate this sort of desecration in our territory."

OOC: i figured that each of the clans will have abreiviations of sorts for the others. Less of a mouthfull for less formal conversation, unlike "Fire Clanner"

Too late. The ice dragons arrived. "Stand down!" She growled at the ice dragon's hostile tone. "We're on your side here." She added, more calmly. "I'm on my way to hear your elders' response to our request of alliance. I was here a week ago with it." she explained, "But in the meantime, the shades have laid siege to my home, as your scout undoubtedly reported!" she spat. "Which by the way is where I saw Thoron last." She said, turning to Scourge, "He said he was dark/fire halfbreed, so naturally I was vigilant. But he took our side in the battle. I didn't see him since. Perhaps he was captured by one of the sides." She explained.

[Midnightmoon]

Isis took a deap breath and exhaled slowly. "The matter has been discussed," He started curtly, "but we have yet to come to a decission as of yet due to exterior sercumsances. I believe we'll have our answer soon, though." He looked over to his companions and recieved nods, signaling they would back him if the need came. "They are massing on our border as well. I think that if your clan doesn't do anything to have a negative effect on our clan or territory, any opposition to an alliance will be minimal. We'll go back with you to avoid any other, situations."

"Suits me just fine." Tara said, keeping an eye on the frostspawns. She was glad they didn't attack or taken her into custody. That wouldn't end well for them. the lava pit nearby gave her an environmental advantage, something the Ice dragons didn't seem to notice. "I have to warn you though: If they are already at your borders, you might be needed home sooner than later. Your pick." Tara growled, still haunted by the causalty reports from their own engagement. At least the ice clan wouldn't be caught by surprise like them, for all the good that will do for her people.

"Agreed. Follow us then." Isis acknowledgedwith a nod, turning to lead the way back, signaling the others to flank them. He found hmself respecting the Fire Clanners relatively cool head, expecting something a bit more aragant and angry, considering her home had just been destroyed and ClanKin killed. "While within the territory, especially in the encampment, you must keep your flames in check. Some would rather not side with your clan and will take any chance to end any form of alliance." He instructed. "Once a decission has been made it will be respected, as long as any terms are respected in turn." Isis paused in his formal tirade, thinking. Finally he added, "You may call me Isis."

Ooc: oh man, i'll have to revamp Isis because i did not make his personallity for this thread >.<

"I will come with you, Isis, but I either get my answer or I'll be going. Unlike you My people already know something needs to get done, not just talked about." Tara taunted. The endless politics of the elders were starting to bother her greatly. She turned to Scourge: "Well, It would seem we separate after all. Farewell, Demon. And know that when I'm done here, I will help you found your kin." She said with a slight head bow, turning back to Isis. "It won't take long, trust me."

Scourge waved his hand in farewell, "We'll meet again." he growled silently as he turned and began his solo journey back to the fire fortress. As distance passed and the haze gathered between the two, he turned east on instinct and something familiar caught his senses. With a slight raise of his right eyebrow, he dropped down on his left knee and punched the ice with an infernal right hand creating a portal to his realm. Soon later his armored demonic dragon peered through the flamed depths and onto the mortal world standing to await orders. "Go north and try to intervene the disturbance I sense from the east. Make sure to contact me if it so happens to be the Vok scum." he ordered pointing to direction he wanted the infernal beast to go. The creature bowed then launched into the skies toward the direction the demon issued soon flying over Tara and the ice dragons at low altitude unaware of their presents below. The armored undead dragon soon vanished into the clouds as he ascended into a snow storm lying waist in the far distance. Scourge turned back to the south and started his way back to find Thoron.

Tara watched the show, deciding she needed more friends like this. If she knew Thoron had this sort of power at his disposal, oh she would have made sure it was hers as well, instead of treating him with suspicion. If only the demon was there when the dark dragons laid siege... "Lead the way. I'd fly if you approve. The floors are too cold here for my liking." She joked.

"Great since I skinned it unlike you." Luna said unable to prevent herself from smiling, " now why don't we head back to that rock by the river and I can take care of those lacerations and burns."

[Zetherus]

"Alright then." Thoron spoke short on words because of his embarrassment. He snickered a little upon wobbling to his feat and started his way to the rock with his head low. Only a few meters away before the black dragon turned and shouldered his left side into the rock's walls where he slid to lay down. Grunting under his growing pain, he pulled his arm up from laying on it and placed it next to his other before resting his form on the shaded hard ground/sandy area. "Thanks by the way Luna, even though it should be me helping you with your problems. You're alright right?" he blurted making sure the dragoness wasn't hiding any wounds from him. The giant felt pathetic being in this position as there was nothing he could do to avoid the wounds from burning and bleeding like they are. He had to stop moving or proceed on weakening himself with every drag he makes.

"Yes I'm fine, but don't worry about it, it's the least I can do." Luna said padding to the edge of the forrest were she was able to find a couple plants that would help and was able to get her bag out from a crevice that the spikes on her head naturally made even though it didn't have much left in it there were a few more herbs that might be helpful, along with a needle and stitching thread that is meant for sewing up dragon wounds, and finally a good sized rag to help clean thorons wounds. Luna walked back to the outcropping and set out everything she would need and before she started, diverted some of the water in the river towards the outcropping so she wouldn't have to continually run back and forth. Luna then proceeded to treat thoron's wounds. Once Luna had gotten most of the wounds cleaned and soothed with herbs she held up the needle well away from herself and asked thoron, "would you blast this with a quick two second flame I would like it to be somewhat sterile." Once he did that Luna would go on to try to take care of his burns.

Isis contemplated the problem. In the air would be faster but that would mean there would be a higher risk if the firedragon was a trap. On the ground they could stay closer and have ground advantage with the ice, and yet that too had it's flaws. "On the snow or in the chilly high air currents you'll always be cold here. Unfortunately for you, you made that mess close to the city and so that means you won't have to march far." Isis replied. When they got inside the city encampment Isis looked out over the snow and squinted his eyes at the wind that foretold the incoming storm, he could already see the dark clouds on the horizon. "This way." He motioned, turning back to lead the group to his own house. He ducked down and into the sunken in igloo. The others stayed outside. "It's better you stay here out of sight till everyone can be assembled later today."

By the time they reached the city, Tara's fingers were numb. And then the ice dragon told her to get to a hut way far from anyone and quite secure... "Have you ever seen a star explode? If this turns out to be prison, you'll be very, very sorry." Tara growled, but got in anyway. There was very little furniture inside, but at least she didn't have to lie on the ice floor.

Isis kept his lips covering his teeth, "And if it were you wouldn't have a chance because measures would have been put in place, like say, dumping you down an ice tunnel to a cell at the bottom of Frozen Lake. It would make that little trot look like a summer strole temperature wise." He took a breath and tried to be civil again. "I have orders to attend to so someone else will be along shortly." Straitening a keepsake on the way out, Isis left the firedragonin his home, instructing Glacious and Frostif to stay on guard and sent the other two back to their duties. He went back to the Dome. "Sooo?" Sarin questioned. "It was a fire dragoness and a humanoid creature. They had somehow made a pool of lava within our territory. The dragoness claims she is here for a responce about an alleigiance so i brought her back, while the demon left to look for someone, heading back to Fire Clan territory i assume." Sarin waited for him to continue, seeing his tension, then prompted. "And what do you think?" "Of the Feiry or the sittuation?" "Both." Isis walked towards the map to look down at it as he spoke. "The dragonness is, controlled. I have met many of her kind who are easily angered and antagonised and sometimes arragant, but she kept her cool, in this sittuation. And she seams use to having a role of command. I'm more worried about what her arrival means." Sarin nodded softly, "Our Clan will finally join the battle feild." They both looked at the mapand then Sarin looked over her shoulder, heading for the door. "You take care of these things, i have something i want to look after." "Where are you going, Dea?" She smiled with a twinkle of mischeif and said without saying.

"And here's some for you two." Sarin said happily, dropping off some vension to the two guards outside her home. It wasn't hard finding where Isis had lodged the Fire Dragoness and so she had gone to collect up some supper and headed straight there. Having appeased slash distractedthe guards she headed inside. "Hello, thought you'd want some protein to help get your heat up again." She said to the dragoness, untieing a bundle of the meat.
