-Would a human wizard be vulnerable to her venom? -Her ultimate reminds me of Vemera's, I thought that was cool. -What exactly does Soul Strike do? XD

How is having part of your soul ripped away not severe? xD It's like after each use she loses an emotion or memories or something like that

Because it still allows for it to be used a indefinite number of times, and based off what we know of Lantea, losing an emotion or memories isn't as much of a deterrent as it would be to different characters. I'm just concerned about the balance and believability of the game. Yes, I understand that it seems silly to be talking about believability in a world of magic and made-up animals and talking dragons that occasionally make pop culture references, but hey, suspension of disbelief. The thing is, that can only go so far, especially if it affects the plot. You have a fifteen-year-old girl with the ability to annihilate any external enemy at the cost of a piece of her soul. Even if she only uses it once or twice, think about how many major enemies DE has had before that were only defeated by great effort and teamwork. What, like two? And if a new, irredeemable, and incredibly dangerous threat is played by another member, then what? You can't just instantly destroy them if they decide to go against Lantea, but to not do so would create a gap and require a lot of justification to cover it. Which would probably have to come in the form of angst over the cost. Ew. I'm just trying to suggest that you make it a little more conditional, not just so that she wouldn't want to use it all the time, but so that she actually can't. If you already know how you specifically want to use it in relation to your own plots, then tailor it to that target. Obviously, this is your character and your decisions on how to build her (though I think something like this should get admin approval), so you don't have to take my advice. But I hope that you're at least hearing what I'm trying to say.

========================================================== Various bits and scenes from my head, episode 1 ========================================================== Imma do a Zeth thing and do some befre-the-RP history Or in this case, in-between-RPs Time: Few days after Games 2"Come on, mom, it's not like I can't just zap here in my free time!" Tea exclaimed. They have been having this argument for over half an hour. "I know you, Tea, you'd never have free time. I still remember you practicing that arctic blast spell so much it looked like winter came early, you don't stop!" Phoenicia argued. Lantea had to inwardly admit she was probably right, but she wasn't going to say that out loud. Ever since the games, she was obsessed with training her natural magic more. "But it's not like I can stop you, can I?" Phoenicia finally smiled, seeing the decision has been made, and at least her daughter stood firmly by it. "You can't afford to raise my allowance enough to make me stay." Phoenicia laughed at that. "I wish you didn't inherit that personality trait from me." "Which one, blackmail or greed?" "Both." Lantea smiled too. "I'll come as often as I can, I promise. But I want to try and learn new things. Look for other teachers than you and Grandma. That kind of stuff." Phoenicia sighed: "I know, I know. You're so much like Fireheart was. Very well, you may go, but If I don't see you here at least once a month telling me you're OK, then I'm gonna warp there... I'm gonna have someone warp me there and I'll drag you back home. By tail." She said, pointing at the blue dragoness' head. "Don't forget to pack all you might need. Some weapons too. I know you don't fancy them but if somebody gets a little too close, a short knife can make the difference. And don't forget to say bye to everybody, Especially the little guy." "I will." Lantea nodded and went to prepare. Time: A few years later"I'm looking for a new master!" Lantea shouted over the snow storm, "I Trained under Sol'Lux and Taraah." She told a figure she could barely see through the flying snow. "The two of them are good, yes, THEY can take care of themselves. But a good teacher doesn't make good fighter." Fraziel replied simply. "I'll trian you, if you can survive out here for a year, that is. Alone! No one may help you. Come find me then and we'll talk." he offeded and vanished in the blizzard. Lantea looked around her, seeing nothing but white. "This is gonna be a loooooong year." She said for herself and ducked, making her way slowly through the freezing snow, searching for any shelter. Year and a half later"More power! Do you expect them to go easy on you? Every single one of them wants you as their pet!" Fraziel yelled as Lantea was sending bolts at several ice stalagmites wearing wizard hats. Lantea was getting tired. She was at this for over two hours, and she was running dry, extinguishing every trick to increase her energy, including the Druid's crazy 'herbal supplements' as he liked to call them. "All that trash talk about studying under different masters, and what do you have to show for it? Pathetic!" "Shut up! Rrrrr!" She growled in frustration. "What? The daughter of Phoenicia and Gorn, and a growl is all you can do? I expected MORE!" "SHUT UUUUUUUUUUP!" Lantea yelled, the lightning vanishing. She was absolutely livid. "I'M NOT PATHETIC!!!!" She yelled and roared madly. The ground around her started shaking, breaking the ice they stood on. "Lantea?" Fraziel said, slightly baffled at what was happening. "I'll kill you ALL!!!" She roared as he scales turned pitch black. She jumped at the ice blocks at much larger speed than she ever had, breaking them easily just with her fists and claws. The last ice block fell to a quick tail swipe, before finally she jumped back and popped Fraziel one right in the jaw before finally calming down. Her scales returned to normal color and she regained her sanity. "Master?" she said as she looked around, the Ice dragon nowhere to be found. "I was wondering how were you special." came a muffled response from somewhere below. finally the snow good two body lengths away shuffled as Fraziel stood back up after Lantea's punch threw him out there. "You wouldn't be daughter of your parents if you didn't have some kind of this ability. Now, NOW you can start training to fight armies instead of individuals." he said. Lantea looked at her clenched fist, and smiled. Time: Pre Light clan arcPhoenicia was hammering a piece of metal, when she heard a zap behind her. A zap she was waiting to hear for ten years. She dropped the unfinished trinket and turned around with an angry roar, her fist shooting forward as she saw different, but familiar blue figure: "You said you'll visit!" she screamed as she continued pounding the blue dragoness, but she was easily blocking all of her attacks with ease. She finally let go. "Where the hell have you been!" "I'm sorry Ma, the Masters didn't let me." Phoenicia stayed unimpressed. "I saw some of Tara's techinique in there, but it was missing something, so WHAT have you been doing?" Lantea grinned sheepishly: "Tara kicked me out." "What?" "throwing punches isn't my kinda thing ok?" "come here!" Phoenicia said as she embraced her. "I missed you so much you blue bully!" "It's good to be home. I thought Grandma was tough teacher, but Fraziel beats her on all fronts." "That Fraziel? The I can defeat an army but can't take a punch one?" Lantea remembered the one punch. "YES, exactly that." she smiled. Phoenicia walked a circle around her. "so... Spikes on your back? My girl is all grown up." she smiled, "Come, I want you to tell me everything."

========================================================== Various bits and scenes from my head, episode 2.5 ========================================================== "So all you had to do to get accepted was to deck him one in the jaw? I could have done that!" Phoenicia exclaimed, sliding a bucket of schnaps across the flat rock that made the Den's table. "Yeah, it was so long ago. Now I just vaporize 'em." Lantea grinned, emptying the bucket. In seconds, she was coughing and trying to catch her breath. "The hell are you drinking mom?" Phoenicia grinned: "What, can't handle it?" "Yeah... I couldn't handle a glass of wine when I tried. Tastes like dishwater." Lantea confessed, "And I pretty much wasn't allowed to dring anything but water for years. And once you have that habit, it's hard to give up." "But you said you finished training two years ago! What have you been doing then? You could have come! what gives?" Phoenicia complained again. "Oh yea! Let me tell you about that. Where's big bro? He'd be so jealous when he hears that." The blue dragoness grinned. "Well?" "I and a buncha others went to the continent." "WHAT?" "You know, most of them wanted to see sights. Those mountains on the continent are four times as large as ours, did you know?" "I can't imagine you admiring the nature." "Heh, maybe when I'm old and can't fight worth anything anymore. Anyway, I went to get a little payback on the Squeaks." "Say what?" "I went to one of the human kings and lend my services. You should have seen the frenzy. They think that one dragon can turn the tide of the war in their favor. The kind immediately marched his armies and just as the battle was about to go down, I left." Lantea said with a laugh, "They slaughtered each other, I didn't even have to move a finger. OH! And the wizards taste bad." Phoenicia stood there, blinking. "What? It's us or them, they made it pretty clear ten years ago. Wasn't it you who organized even greater civil war amongst them to get them out of here for the first time?" Lantea defended herself. Phoenicia face palmed. "You know I wish you picked a better example. Like going out there and pointing at random person." Lantea smiled, "Oh don't worry mom. I like you just like you are." "And by extension, yourself. I've been there, done try to deny it." The two laughed. "So, how was everyone else while I was gone?" "Eh, you know, lonely. Not long after you Taranis left too. I can't really blame him though. It wasn't his fault." Phoenicia said as the two walked out of the cave. "Did me leaving had anything to do with it?" Lantea asked, knowing the chance was high. "Surprisingly, not really, no. But let's not talk about that. Say, did you do anything... Good? while you were out there?" Phoenicia poked. "Hm..." Lantea thought, sitting down to watch the sunset. "Yeah, I think I might adopt an abandoned egg." Phoenicia coughed with surprise, "Say what? How'd you come up with that?" "Well, there was this one human kid..." A year before:Lantea was lying in the camp, playing a game with Sonia who was just barely hovering above the surface. "What made you do that? Don't you care about the lives that will be extinguished because of you?" The air dragoness asked, moving a piece on the board. Lantea giggled: "That's what I like on you, you're so naive. I didn't do anything bad. They would have eventually gone into war anyway, I just hastened the process." "That's terrible!" Sonia shouted. "What, what I did or the move?" Lantea said after she moved her piece. "Both! HA!" the air dragoness yelped and took Tea's piece. "WHAT?!" Lantea's eyes widened. "Yep, I kicked your hiney, haha!" "Not that, that!" The blue dragoness got up and pointed. "Hello!" Said something small, pink, squishy, and overly enthusiastic. Sonia could just incline her head and let her jaw drop as a small human kid came from the bushes and sat on Lantea's paw like the two big dragon's didn't bother it at all. "Eh, kid, what are you doing?" Lantea said, stunned from what was happening. "You're dragons right? I heard you grant wishes! Can I wish for something?" the kid asked. "Tea, NO." Sonia said, noticing Lantea licking her lips. "Oh... I don't know. What do you wish for?" Lantea asked. "Can you bring me home? I'm lost." Lantea looked at her air friend and shrugged. "Eh... Sure. We were traveling around anyway. But you look hungry and tired. We'll find your home in the morning." Sonia said. "Sure." the kid said and surled up in Lantea's hand. "But...!" She tried to object, but Sonia created a vacuum bubble around her. "Shhh!" She grinned widely. Lantea's lips moved, probably saying something insulting. Present day:"So, what happened? Did you get the kid home?" Phoenicia asked, curious. "Yeah, sort of..." Lantea sighed, saddened. "We found the village all right... It got raided. We found it burning, everyone was dead. Poor kid ran away to the forest crying it's eyes out. We never caught up." Phoenicia wrapped an arm around Tea's shoulders: "Come on, you did your best." "Yeah... Humans are crazy. They didn't yet learn to take care of even their own. I want to be better than them, hence the egg idea." "Yeah..." Phoenicia whispered and they both stayed silent for a while. "SO! Wanna get something to eat?" ""Oh yea."

========================================================== Various bits and scenes from my head, episode 3 ==========================================================
"Mmmmh Hish ih goob staf!" Lantea said, stuffing her face. "Gee I thought I taught you some manners. Would you please swallow before talking? Uh!" Phoenicia said, frowning. "*gulp* Sorry, I didn't have something this good in years." Phoenicia looked her way and her jaw swung open. Lantea has eaten what would usually be for three. "Wow, little snack, eh?" *burp* "So, what happened then?" "Well, they hurt our little friend. Would you let them get away with it?"
Years before "RRRRRAAAAAAAH! I've had it! I'll make them paaaaaay!" the dragoness roared, her elemental magic causing mayhem around her. "C...c...Calm down would you? You're creeping me out!" Lantea said, watching the furious air dragoness. "I want whoever did this found and gone!" Sonia shouted. Lantea grinned? "I didn't think you could get so mad. Let's crack some skulls!"
"I seem to recall one very strong hurricane coming from the mainland some time ago." Phoenicia said, thinking back, "It leveled a good part of the western forests." "Yah, she can get moody. Anyway, we eventually tracked the wizard responsible down..."
"There it is." Sonia said, pointing towards a weird looking tower in the volley below them. "You got all the way there? No traps, no nothing?" Lantea wondered. "I agree, it stinks of a trap, but I couldn't find it!" Sonia growled. "Well, here we go then. You guys ready?" Lantea turned and looked over her shoulder to their other companions. They all nodded. As one, the dragons jumped over the small hill they hid behind and came down roaring. And as soon as it begun, it stopped. "Eh... why are we here?" "I... don't know?" "Yeah, let's go home!" They turned back and walked for a while, and they snapped out of it as suddenly as it came. "Wait, what?" Lantea stopped in her tracks. "That was... weird." "Arrrgh, of course! Everyone on your guard! They littered the place with some freaky magic, they must be surrounding us as we speak!"
"Hey... How'd they know you were coming?" Phoenicia asked, smelling a rat. "That's what bugged me too. Turns out the wizard was not the small rank we thought, but he had dragons figured out quite well. He had some sorta crystal ball that not only inhibited any will to fight in us, but was also enchanted to read in our minds like open books. Sonia didn't found out because she has no will to fight in the first place." "So, what happened then?" "I got angry." "U-uh..." "Yeah. Their troops in fact did surround us, so I warped us out." "Ok wait... YOU ran?" "No, I warped us out of the stone's influence and then Me, Sonia and another water dragon made such terrible storm there was no tower left in the end, and the volley looked like an emptied dam." "That's my girl." "That's not all. The bad guy escaped, but we got to him eventually. Hence the 'wizards taste bad'." "Heh, good to know he knew fear in the end." "Yeah. Well, that's that, we went home then. Sick of humanity to last us a lifetime. I dare them to try us on again."

Map updetes wher Nohiki wher? Ok ok, i!m working on it! Is this going in the right direction? - Landmass shape: OK or more jagged/round/etc? - Climate: OK or more desert/more snow/more gradient between climate areas? - Ocean: OK or different shade of blue/additional smaller islands/etc...? - Clouds: OK or remove? - Rivers and lakes: OK or more? (Keep in mind that only huge/important rivers should be on this map. Volga, Nile and the likes) - Mountains (graphically, not geographically): OK/more colors/more mountains/wider/etc? (Do you like the heightmaps or did you like more the previous style?) - Landmass and ocean heightmaps (Landmass already updated in my WIP file) - OK or make the island flatter/rougher? Preview (1024*2048): nohiki.ic.cz/gallery/DE/Maps/map_itty.pngFull size (double): nohiki.ic.cz/gallery/DE/Maps/map_hueg.pngI!m kinda dissatisfied with how I did forests in the green (temperate) areas, might change that If i figure out how to make them better...
