Practices and Principles. It's essentially where we learn about the different projects. ex: we learned to "squish and squash" the ball to show motion and how rubbery it was in the bouncing ball assignments, but how there will be NO squish or squash in the wieghted ball one (because it's not going to "squish" it will shatter"- if anything)
