Age: About the same as Meressa, 13-14
History: Was abandoned at birth by her parents, the king and queen, because they wanted a boy to take care of the kingdom, so she was thrown into river but didn't drown, instead she floated by Meressa's village and Meressa's mother saved her. She grew up with Meressa and the other water dragons. Only Meressa's father rejected her, and started a fight with Meressa's mother to get rid of her. She refused, and in his anger Meressa's father killed her and Meressa's brother, Storm. He went out looking for Meressa and Eloyn, who had escaped. However, only Meressa ran away with her sister's egg. Eloyn was captured by Meressa's father's forces, and brought to the castle. Meressa eventually met up with Eloyn again (See in the wild for more info). When she picked up the crown in the stream, it gave her the power to turn into a dragon, but Eloyn dropped it before the process was complete, so she could only turn into a dragon when she needed to.
Element: Moon (draws energy from moon)/Ice
Gender: Female
Powers: Can heal others w/ moonlight, freeze anything for short periods of time, create ice storms

Alright, I don't see any problems with this, and I think it would be interesting to have a lunar dragon around, lol. Approved. Question though, for roleplay/statistic purposes (alright, I'm a nerd) how does the freezing work and how long does it last?

EDIT: And do her powers vary on the time of day, visibility of the moon, etc?

OK, so whatever she concentrates on freezing, freezes, and probably for about 10 minutes, but as she gets stronger, she'll be able to freeze things longer. Right now she's kinda bad at it though. Powers...I don't really want them to be affected too much by the time of day and visibility of moon and all that crap, because then i'd have to worry about it when i'm posting. how about when there's a new moon though, she can't transform.

Kind of if you mean that she (will have) some control over when she transforms, but for now think incredible hulk - transforms when he's angry

oh ok. boy that could be just a bit painful. Her little body stretching and changing into a big dragon with powers. I was meaning that a were-wolf changes during the full moon. got my lunar cycles mixed up.
