"Every and you're staying for watch. And well after my lil riad they'll be pupming their defense so the bomb is probably a bust. BUT... Remember we wanted to talk? Just HOW did he found you? Any dreams you didn't tell me about?"

"No, no dreams....wait...THE PLAN!" Gorn's eyes became huge. "He knew. After he and that gryadas lured me into the woods he said something about i wouldn't be blowing up his base or something. But that was a close secret, hardly anyone knew of it, that means...Oh no."

Just then Iskander came bursting in. "Gorn!" he cried in amazement, tackling him unceremoniously. "Don't scare me like that, amir! What was I gonna do if you got killed while I was supposed to be with you? Why did I let you go off into that forest alone?" he ranted dismayedly, smacking himself on the forehead. "Well don't worry Gorn-ji, from now on I'm gonna be watching you like a crow watches a dying animal. Err..."

Shyla knew her sister had been right. It would've been freezing if not for her powers, but still, she was still cold. The entire mountain range seemed to be filled with silence, the only noise being their footsteps. It was like she and Nive were the only two people in this isolated corner in the mountains. Shyla took a deep breath, filling her lungs with the cold, fresh mountain air. It was easy to travel quickly this way, since no normal human would try and brave the frozen expanse before them. This was the beauty of nature's wilderness. No matter how humans tried, nature would never yield to them, with her natural disasters that could wipe out thousands of them in a fell swoop. Shyla understood this, and she respected it. But now was not the time to be enjoying the scenery. With every day, dragons were being captured by the wizards, and she, Shyla, had to find Shiran before something terrible happened to him. Before the wizards did something terrible to him that she would never forgive. Gritting her teeth, Shyla picked up the pace, trusting her senses to lead the way. Nothing would happen to Shiran. Shyla wouldn't let it happen.

After hours of running and few breaks in between, Nive spotted a low ridge over which a strange silvery cloud seemed to be hovering. She slid up and dropped with her back to the ridge, climbing up to peer carefully over the jagged edge. She gasped. There really was a forest, tall straight trees with shimmering leaves growing up out of a deep, bowl-like crater carved into the unforgiving mountain terrain. "Hey, Shy, come and see this!" she called excitedly, waving her sister over to the lip of the crater.
Raurik's booted feet made a soft scraping noise against the scraggy granite as he navigated around the mountain trails, following the dragon-tracks two of his hunters had told him about. Sure enough, he came to the edge of a cliff, and there was... nothing. Until he crept to the edge of it and peered over. Sure enough, a small, sleek gray air dragon was perched on a ledge just below the edge of the cliff. He took aim with his crossbow and fired, the poison bolt burying itself in the dragon's shoulder. Vanya's reflexes kicked in automatically, and she managed to fly a short distance before veering unconconsciously into the cliff face and tumbling the rest of the way down, a cloud of snow rising around her form as she hit the bottom. Raurik smirked and put the crossbow away, waving his arms for the signal. When he was sure the hunters had understood him he took out a grappling hook and rappelled down the side of the cliff. When his rope ran out he merely gripped the wall with his bony fingers, deflty dislodged the grappling hook and slid the rest of the way down, landing nearly as unceremoniously as Vanya. He was much quicker to recover, though, on his feet in an instant. He limped over to Vanya and trussed her up with the rappelling cord. The tranquilizer would last another two hours at least, probably more on such a diminutive dragon. He then took the time to assess his hands. They were rather stumpy, after having broken a 200-foot fall, he mused, pondering the bloody mess. He flexed them experimentally. The tissue and bone had already begun to regenerate. With that, he set off to rejoin the hunters, who had already begun demolishing the hide-out.

Soundtrack: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JY4HMLb0HsFraz was aware somebody was behind him as the wind was blowing very intense and disgusting smell his way. He did a few tricks he learned through the war and then remained overhead, masked by the clouds. When he saw Vanya crashing, he noticed a few humans grouping around. "Heheheh, gotcha." "Y'know, there's nothing like wings, when you can make one set of tracks and then just take off without leading your pursuer to your base." he said, stabbed both of his hands into the ice that was leaning over the cliff and pulled lightly. for a second there was a cracking sound and then several tons of ice started moving the wizard's way. Fraziel pulled hus wings and limbs to his body and jumped into the avalanche, swimming between chunks of ice, just as a water dragon flows in water. When they were about to crash to her, he jumped out, limbs unwrapping and caught the air dragon, flying them above the clouds. "We're busted, guys, get out of there before they bring the birds!" he sent a message to Rosengard. ----------- "So there's a mole?" she said with very suppressed anger. The Isky walked in. The look on her face she gave him probably wasn't of the fun sort, so she quickly wiped it. Evidence first, she reminded herself. "Who, did the old fool mantion any more information that by any logic he shouldn't?"

((Disregard >5 lines of post, ok, that's cool. )) Raurik heard the rumbling above and quickly flattened himself against the cliff, fingers gripping the cold stone of the under-ledge where Vanya had been perched moments before. The ice passed him by harmlessly, redirected by the rocky ledge. When he looked up, a convenient slide had formed from the fall. He dropped down and slid the rest of the way to the bottom, coming to a stop among the rest of the hanters. He stopped to free the few that had been buried and they were on their way. Rosengard's head snapped up at the sudden message, and he stopped his previous quest of building a bigger fire to listen. He nodded, acquiescing, then turned to the soldiers. "The wizards have found us!" he informed them loudly. "We'll have to make a break for it, there are too many of them for us to face without casualties. I suggest we--" his words were sliced short as the first series of explosions went off, knocking in the roof of the cavern. Several tonnes of ice fell in, burying them alive. Rosengard woke in the darkness, pinned by something cold and sharp. He roared, body beginning to blaze. The pinning ice melted and he broke free, clawing his way out of the collapsed den only to find himself and the others who had re-emerged surrounded by hunters.

"What, you guys think there's a spy?" inquired Isky, eyes widening. "Could it be the witch?" he added in a suspect whisper.

"What witch? There's nobody around, they're all up north, we've got a lot closer look than we'd like." she said. She wanted to elaborate on her suspects, but held until she had all the facts she needed.

"Are you talking about Sharon? I doubt shed be it, the spy would have to be able to be around us and leave with out us noticing. We know anyone like that?" Gorn asked.

"She could have known about the plan..." said Iskander doubtfully. "I don't know, Gorn, who do we know that would benefit from the wizards winning? Nobody." He shrugged. "Maybe they have a spying device or something."
