I use the ocarina of time to go back before the hill was created. I then foretell of how in time the great hill will come. When the prophecy comes true the people think me of some sort of god and place ME as KING OF THE HILL!

I hereby state that to form a stable wormhole to allow time travel you need matter with negative energy which is impossible to create, thus negating your rule. I dig a hole through the hill, pour concrete in them with steel enveloped in it and then tie myself to the steel. MY HILL

I use the magic mirror to travel to the light world while you sit there in the dark. I then take control of the light world hill. MY HILL. (and it looks better too.)
