Scale colors: Any shade of blue. Just so long as its dark.
Wings: No wings, only fins. The fins can be big and look like wings. For example, check Silverglare, the Female Head.
Flying: The royal family can fly. Not flapping wings type. More like hovering. And those who are 100% trusted will be given the ability to fly. Only Male or Female Head can give this ability. Other dragons are NOT able to fly.
Behavior: Very calm, and forgiving. But destroy and pollute their territory, oh no. They are playful and behave like dolphins.
Power: They control water, and sometimes bring rain. When one is in rage, Tsunami's are formed.
Other Traits: They cannot leave water for more than 3 days, and they do not have wings. They look like eels, except more beautiful and huge. Some may have many heads[more than 3 is a no-no].
