Gorn and Isk walked until they got to Ivy's cave, by then Gorn didn't need his crutch. He walked up to the entrance then whistled really loudly. "Hey Ivy, you in there? Sorry to bother you but we have a problem. Could you come out for a second?"

Ivy was about to enter her cave to sort some of the herbs she just collected when she raised her head to sniff. "I spell blood." Turning she headed off after the smell with satchel in hand. When she saw who it was she sighed in exasperation. "You'd think you'd have more sense then your father about draining yourself." She said with a glower. "And who's your friend? Looks like he had a fight with a spire and lost." Walking over swiftly she headed for the wounded black dragon. Rummaging through her satchel she dropped some energy herbs by Gorn on the way. "You, lay down on you back and don't move. You gushing blood like a broken beaver dam and that has to stop before i can do anything. And you, once you have the energy I need you to go fetch some water-" She tossed a newly formed bowl in his general direction, "-from the river that away. Well, hurry up." Then she turned back to the black dragon and set to sorting out herbs from her satchel that she would need.

"Whoa when did you get behind me?" Gorn said but simply picked up the bowl. "Ivy this is Iskander, Iskander this is Ivy. Okay getting down to busyness, Ivy you will not BELIEVE what is happening, its crazy."

Ivy ignored the first question. "Anything that happens with your little possy of hatchlings is crazy." She looked down at Iskander, "Now get the water and tell me after your friend is tended to, unless you want him to die of a infection because I couldn't clean the wound or put a proper poultice on it." She said all this without looking right at Gorn and instead was making more bowls and mashing leaves into them.

"Fine fine." Gorn ran down to where the river was and filled the bowl as much as he could. Then looked around, then dunked his head in and took a big drink. THEN ran back to where Ivy was, careful enough to not loose much of the water. "Here you go NOW can i tell you what happened?"

"Fine, fine, just stay out of the way and out of my sunlight." Ivy said in exasperation. She then set to work crushing some leaves into it. Taking the liquid she started to gently wash away the blood with it. Then set to making a poultuce. the result was a green mush with pink specks in it. In the middle of all that she had taken a assortment of leaves and shoved them towards Iskanders head. "Eat those."

[Morty]

"Did you say die?" Iskander blurted out, and allowed himself to be manhandled by the assertive healer. He took the herbs and chewed them cautiously. "Really, it's not--" then he peeled away the sodden rug and got a good look at the size of the hole in his chest. He passed out cold.

((That's right, I said manhandled. XD))

"Wuss..." spit out phoenicia, walking out of the bushes behind Gorn. "I believe you two nogoods dropped something." she said and tossed their bags on the ground. All the things inside made a loud clanking sounds. "Whoops!" she said with an evil smile. "What were those things?"

"Okay, so me and Isk were out treasure hunting. We had just finished raiding the tomb of Lord Rich As Hell when we got attack by a gryadas. We managed to kill that one but we saw dozens coming, and im better there are even more than that on their way." Gorn quickly said. Then turned to see Phoenicia. "Phoe! What are you doing here? and where did you get........you followed us did you." Gorn gave her a weird look. "Well at least they're not lost again."

"No, they're mine. I found them lying on the ground with no obvious owner." she joked. "I'm on your heels for a week and i gotta tell ya, seeing you walking in these hot days, sweatin' under this tonnage was funny as hell. No offense." she said to the unconscious Iskander. "Now what were you talking about? Gyradas you say? Were they alive? Cuz last time i checked they were all gone. Maybe some from the continent are going to retake the territory of their bretheren," she snickered and cracked her fingers. "Sounds like fun."

((Lulz, okay, might as well put the NPC priviledges to good use. XD))

Ivy snorted as Iskander passed out, and continued binding the wound. "Your friend is not the first to arrive with a wound like this." said Ivy. "A few days ago a hatchling came to me with a broken leg, said she was attacked by a giant bird. She was too young to know about the gyradas, but I had my suspicions. This is a bad sign." she said ominously, turning back to her work.

Phoenicia poked gorn. "We ain't gonna give them our soil for free, right? Are you thinking what i'm thinking? Cuz... I didn't have a fight for a looonng time, and i know SOMEBODY who left to train a huuuuge army cca a month ago. How are you feeling about a trip to the ol' mainland?" she tried to tempt him.

"I thought they were dead, but it seems they're back, and trust me this is NOT good." Gorn said. "An entire species that used to kill us for fun is coming back. We're in the middle of FINALLY setting up some sort of government. And your brother just took a good chunk of dragons, most of them our good fighters. From what i'm seeing we do NOT have the odds in our favor. Course thats never stopped us before."

"Another wuss. While the disease butchered them, it made us stronger. We're better thanyears ago, and there is less of them this time. If they don't have any help it will be easy. And besides, isn't this the case Bro was going to train the army for?" shrugged Phoenicia. "Once the hellspawn is feeling like himself we should fly over the sea and talk to him. It took my mom four days to get there using the portals, and there's two of us who can teleport. Well, you can teleport and i can throw us into the water someplace else but it's something. What do you say? Just like the old days."

Gorn thought for a bit, he didn't just want to leave Isk but they really couldn't travel with him. Then his head shot up with an idea. "Isk, we are about to fight beast that could kill you with a look. Lets face it you can't do jack to help us. But you have in front of you the best earth dragon medic there is. You learn from her and you'll be a very valuable ally." He turned to Ivy. "Now i know you hate people, but think of it this way. You train Isk and he'll be the one people go to for medical needs. No more interruptions and you can go on living with out anyone bothering you. You think you two can handle that?"
