The Refuge

"Okay, but you show up first, if i come fist with nothing shell think we were just messing around the whole time." Zarin started to fly but fell to the ground. "Ow what the." He looked and saw that one of his wings was slow to open up. "Ugh, Kazuma messed my wing up a bit. Meh i bet it will be fine in a few minutes." Zarin unfolded it all the way and flew up to Starlight.

[Maraelyx]

The sky was Maraelyx’s canvas, free to do whatever she choose unbound by the freedom of no limits. Maraelyx flew high, the clouds buffeting her vision but it was out of necessity for survival. The clans were in complete turmoil and foe or friend was no longer distinguishable, only words that held no meaning. But Maraelyx did have a purpose. She wanted to find the dragon rumoured to be starting a refuge for those that were victimised by the pointless civil war.

Meandering meaninglessly through misty mountains, Maraelyx felt a strong draft that was unnatural. She sensed a powerful surge of dark enmity. Reacting quickly, she flew in the direction it came from knowing well what she expected to find.

Following her mental map, she risked soaring closer towards the surface of the land, the topographic colours of green and brown hazing through the mist. Celebrus had taught her that this was the Jana Springs once controlled by the dragons of fire and flame. Immediately she spotted many dragons but she remained vigilant in her search for the source of the power – now her higher priority.

And there! She had finally located it, Maraelyx’s topaz eyes zeroing in on a dragon that was transmogrifying into an abomination of pure energy and power. With the dip of her wings, she torpedoed down into the cracked plains. Yearning came first, and fear came second but salvation came third.

Landing gracefully on all fours, she roared with ferocity to announce her presence, “I am Maraelyx! I have been drawn by your power. I, a dragon of the Dark ask you, what are you?!”

"I will have no need to rule the world if thats what your thinking. I merely need it as a stepping stone for a much larger goal, and if you help me i wont even need the world." Visron pulled Chaos off his claws and took back hi Amulet. "If i get a hold of Zarin, then i will get the second half of my god soul, making me a full god. With that I will take over this planet and feed off other souls until i have enough power to get the other gods, then i will become god of all gods." He then looked at Chaos and smiled. "Lets change this deal then shall we? If you help me get Zarin and concur all, i will give you anything you want, and also when i get old and worn out, i will give you the throne." Visron looked Chaos dead in the eyes locking his gaze with Chaos's. "What do you say? Do you want to have the ultimate power in the universe?

[Midnightmoon]

"Ok." Starlight sped up a bit, but not to much to blow all her herbs away. As she gained some distance from Zarin she say a golden speck shine in the distance, no 2 golden specks. One was moving. "That must be the golden dragon who is leading Ivy." she thought. Minutes later she was saoring overhead of Ivy and the golden dragon. she saw that they were only a little ways from the other golden dragon that was the golden speck earlier. Starlight began her decent and was on the ground by the time Ivy had reached the dragons side.

Chaos ignored Visron.

[Midnightmoon]

"There you are. Hand over those herbs please." Ivy said over her shoulder. when they appeared beside her she began to sort through them and put them into piles in silence. "Look around for Thoron would you please, he was suppose to be with Blaze."

[Awesomoman]

"Well, time to go through hell and back." Zarin said to himself as he showed up right next to Ivy empty handed. "Hi Ivy." She took a look at him and glared evilly at him. "Star close your eyes, this is not gonna be pretty."

[Zetherus]

Thoron was struggling with his own body that was about to be someone else's so Thoron's half yelled" you aren't going to control me like Chaos's fake father tried so GET THE HELL OUT". Thoron absorbed so much power around him that he was strong enough to force Saxtus out of his body. Thoron began to form back into his old self but the sky was still red so Saxtus hasn't left yet. Thoron looked up at this dark dragon that might of said something to him but didn't hear so Thoron stood there stunned at the site of him winning a fight with a super god. Thoron said" well if you don't already know, I'm having problems with my grandpa right now so leave me". he continued to stand there waiting for the next round to happen.

[Midnightmoon]

"And were are your herbs?" she asked pointedly. Zarin stood tensely behind her. while all his attention was on her she found a way to get revenge. Making a huge dragon out of earth behind him, she made it charge Zarin. She faked a horrified look and cried, "Behind you!" just as the dragon lunged at Zarin. Then when he turned the dragon turned to sand and washed all over him. the sand mixed with the goo that was aparently all over him, making him look like the earth dragon she had made. Ivy snickered, "Pay back."

"Oh yeah, yeah, thats just great." Zarin stood staring at himself. "Why am i the one that keeps having his appearance change, from green to grey then to green again, AND NOW brown." Zarin looked at Ivy. "I dont know if i should laugh, cry or kill you? You managed to pull a prank on me, ME (laugh). you made me look bad in front of everyone (cry), AND you ruined my hot bod (kill you)." Zarin snickerd a bit.

[Maraelyx]

Maraelyx received no reply which angered her, a rough growl rippling in her throat but they were drowned out by the winds that blew heavily from the instability of balance the other dragon was causing.

Through the winds, Maraelyx could hear an outcry of determination, a heavy baritone emanating from the roars the other dragon was making, appearing like he was struggling, fighting an inner conflict. Feeling a sliver of sympathy tugging in her mind, she braced the winds to take a few steps towards him until a ferocious roar and he seemed to turn to normal, the power Maraelyx sensed dropping in intensity.

Maraelyx watched him and for brief moments, their eyes meeting each others gazes as he lifted his horned head. Moments passed and he finally replied. Maraelyx could smell the tension in the air, as he stood there. Maraelyx made no thought to move but her thinking had cleared like the fog baffling her mind suddenly lifting. Her lemon-glazed eyes could only stare.

“I can see that. I asked you, who are you?” Maraelyx didn’t plan on leaving till she had a name.

[Zetherus]

Thoron glared up at the dragon with his red and blue eyes glowing " why should i tell you my name, i don't even know you". Thoron began to growl at this unknown female dragon that he didn't trust.

[Maraelyx]

Maraelyx glared back with her own yellow eyes tightening into slits. She held her ground, her legs planted firmly on the dusty ground. “I wish to know the name of the dragon that drew me here. A force like that couldn’t go unnoticed by those affined with the darkness,” she replied. Under her tough exterior, Maraelyx could feel the cold fear drenching her spine slowly.

Sol'Lux sensed the darkness to stop, but there suddently was more evil energy than before. "Heads up, there is something wrong" she said. She casted summon spell and her armor appeared on her in a flash of light. She looked at Ivy and Zarrin: "Fight the real enemy, not EACH OTHER! quit it for today!"

[Zetherus]

Thoron hissed and said" I'm not of just darkness but fire too, my name is Thorondar, and yours?". Thoron stopped hissing and got down on his fours to look peaceful then his eyes stopped glowing showing her that he isn't threatened by her. so Thoron walked up to the dark dragon so he could be more like a friend then a stranger to her.
