The Refuge

[Maraelyx]

The brows of her eyes inclined in interest that the dragon, Thorondar, was aligned with two different elements. Though her piqued curiosity didn’t last long, replaced with morbid annoyance now that Maraelyx had to repeat her name for him.

“Thorondar,” she breathed, testing how his name rolled of her tongue. Maraelyx noticed that Thoron’s aggressive demeanor changed into a calmer appearance. Maraelyx became on edge in case this was a ruse. Trust was something that had to be earned. Her iron claws gripped the dirt as he came closer, closing the distance that isolated both of them and her hind legs tensed in anticipation. Feeling that his presence was safe enough, he allowed him to come closer.

“I am Maraelyx but you may call me Mara,” she replied also taking a step forward, albeit slowly.

Thoron trusted this dragon so he relaxed his body and said,"what are you, i mean what element are you because i sense a little light in your soul Mara"?

Thoron scales on his back began to lower when he spoke to her feeling nerves when he did.

,"you can call me Thoron if you like"? Thoron took a step forward as she did.

[Maraelyx]

Maraelyx’s eye lips drooped as she stared into the ground, fully aware of the talisman she wore. She focused her attention back to Thoron, her eyes filled with so much sorrow and pain. Maraelyx took quicks steps forward so that the tip of her snout could touch his in a comforting gesture before pulling back, “I don’t pretend to know you but I have empathy for those that have succumbed to the darkness,” she said with sympathy lacing her words and without waiting for his reaction she took a giant leap back, kicking up dist as she went, to replace the familiar space that would separate them both and the benefits of Thoron not being able to see the hurt that gripped Maraelyx’s face.

Maraelyx turned, intending to fly now that she had discovered his name, her back facing him. But before she plunged into the freedom of the sky once more, she looked over her shoulder.

“I hope you resolve the turmoil within yourself and your grand father, Thoron. We will meet again because we are tied to the darkness.”

And with the beat of her black leathery wings, she leapt into the air where the sky could embrace her with its comforting arms.

Thoron was surprised about her doing what she did so he ran after her feeling her pain after she touched his snout. Thoron saw a flash back of her past he then yelled to her as she flew,"Mara I don't care about my grandfather's power or the most evil thing on this world but to help you revenge your family, I for some reason saw your past and you need help, so let me help you",

Thoron lifted his massive wings and jumped into the air making the dirt form into a small tornado. Thoron caught up to Mara flying by her side to wander where she was going to go.

Thoron looked at her and said,"That amulet used to be your mothers, so tell me what god killed her so i can end him?"

Thoron was willing to do anything for Mara. he didn't care what enemy he would encounter just as long he makes Mara happy again.

Maraelyx ignored his request to help immersed only in feeling the wind beneath her wings. Until Thoron happened to pursue her in flight boasting about revenge for salvation.

"NO!" Maraelyx roared with anger and abhorrence. Swerving her wings, she attempted to crashed into him, her claws wanting to slash into his hide, "You don't know me, Thoron! You do NOT know me! I may have understood what you were going through but don't think that it makes it your right to invade into my life with promise of release from my pain!" she practically roared the words to him and to make it clear, "You, know, nothing!" reiterating every word with a pause in between to make it clear. Rage emanated from every part of of her.

Thoron looked at her understanding what she was saying then backed away from Mara seeing that the flash back was wrong she never knew her parents. Thoron said,"If you need a friend to talk to, Ill be here?"

Thoron then lifted his right hand that became a massive Gauntlet and the three whips on his shoulder started to flail all over the place then one of then made a down strike witch opened a portal and Thoron disappeared from plain air and back in to the springs from the other side.

Maraelyx watch him disappear into the portal. Her chest heaved with heavy breathing from releasing her anger now that he was not to be seen. She felt ashamed of herself for her rage getting the better of her but it was to be expected as she raised her front paws to see the shades of black and purple. Shaking her thoughts away, she turned and flew away, resuming where she left: searching for Blaze

Chaos decided to leave Visron "I'll hear no more nonsense talk about power. I'll keep my end of the bargain, you keep yours." After that, Chaos morphed into his god form (his god form is the picture below my posts) and took off. He happened to see another dark dragon flying through the air. Unknowing that he was still in god form, Chaos flew in next to the dark dragon who had a light aura coming from within. " Good morrow to you, my fellow dragon. My name is Chaos."

Sol'Lux saw a weird looking creature above the land, but she sensed its Chaos. She used her powers of light and absorbed it, making herself invisible. "I dont know why you came here, but if it is fight, then sadly i have better things to take care of" She thought. She speeded towards Blaze and Ezalba, when she suddenly stopped, and looked behind her. Ivy was staring at place where she made herself invisible. "Yo, here, 30 feet forward and 10 left, the only air that leaves footsteps... Blaze lies up ahead."

Chaos looked down at Sol'Lux and declared, "Hello, my good little dragon Sol'Lux. Being invisable doesn't help. You still cast a shadow, like any other living being. I came on my upholding my father's dying wish. To make your life a living hell!" With that, Chaos dissapeared.

Sol'Lux saw him disappeared, but the darkness was still here at Jana Hot Springs. She run from the forest to the crash side. She saw big army of demons, staying still since Chaos left the area. "What was i saying about training? i would preffer moving targets, but this will be enough for the moment." With this thought, she swinged her wings and reached lightspeed, strinking the center of demons with her bladed wing armors. She flew high toward the sun, so nobody saw her because of the intense light. then, like an arrow, she speeded down. "Behold the power of light!" Her wings glowed with white-gold aura, wich spread from her, flew faster and crashed in the ground at center of the demon army, creating intense light shockwawe, eich destroyed or purified everything dark and evil. "No we'll see whos life will become hell for eternity!"

[Midnightmoon]

Starlight started to giggle uncontrollably at the stat of Zarin. It took awhile for her to get enough control of herself to stop giggling out loud, but she still shook with silent laughter. She watched Ivy sort her herbs she had collected, glancing quickly at Zarin often. At one of her quick glaces she saw the golden dragon that lead Ivy flicker out of sight.Looking where she had seen her she saw nothing but a shadow. Shortly after the dragons snapped into view again, but this time was wearing armor. The dragon spun around and dissapeared into surrounding forest. "I sounder what that was all about?"

Chaos saw what Sol'Lux did. But he reappeared and didn't know what to do. So he did what he'd always wanted to do. He went to So'Lux and impaled himself with a sword he had taken from the remains of his demon army. He passed it through his body five times as he stared at Sol'Lux. He kept the sword in his stomach. He fell down from the sky to land near Zarin. He gasped out to Zarin "Zarin, my friend, that golden dragon up there, Sol'Lux, has stabbed me. Please help me......!" With that, his body crumpled to the ground, useless and bloody.

you want there, then how the hell can you see this. Then, Mr. Immortal-everyone-have-to-know-it, i hardly think Zarin would buy your story.

Sol'Lux saw the demons reintegrating. She admitted she underestimated chaoses new power, but since he instead of attacking her just stabbed his stomach with his own sword, she quitted this fight. She saw poor Blaze lying on the ground. she flew closer and picked him up. He was heavy. It might be her powers depleted, but she managed to get him to Ivy. Then she Lied down near him and tried to catch her breath. She started to refill her energy from the sun.

Zarin just gave Chaos a weird look. "Chaos, your not fooling anyone. I mean look at the power thats coming off of you." Chaos was still in his god mode, and Zarin knew better. "Chaos, it's gonna take more then that to pull a prank off on me......I'll admit, Ivy got me by surprise." He said looking down. He then looked back at Chaos. "So, what are you doing here anyway?"
