Emma's eyes blazed. "When I was thirteen years old I watched two fully grown dragons pick up and toss around young man until he stopped screaming. Several people tried to help, and they did indeed slay one of the dragons, but the other one retreated into the mountains. We were ready to leave well enough alone, but a few months later the second dragon came back and burned our settlement to the ground. You're acting as if I am inherently evil because of my species. You're not so perfect yourself, you know." She snapped, stalking away.

Shya snorted, standing up again for the fourth time since her return to camp. She circled the nesting hollow before lying down again, her tail draped over her face. "Is something the matter?" a young voice asked suddenly. Shya's tail swished away from her eyes, and she found herself looking at the upside-down face of the air dragon from before. The fire dragoness scrambled backwards in surprise, sitting back abruptly on her hind legs. "Sorry about that," Naïma said apologetically. Dangling from a tree branch by her tail, she twisted around the right way before dropping down out of the foliage. "So are you all right?" "I'm fine." Shya replied gruffly, slightly embarrassed.. "Just having some difficulty sleeping." "Ohh. Are you worried about the . . . 'attacks'?" Shya looked over at the messenger in mild amusement. She was probably one of the few who was brave enough to voice everyone's suspicions. "Not really. It's just that Starlight and the General have gone off to do something that's probably dangerous, and they said I should stay behind. It's just making me feel a little helpless," she sighed, looking down at her flame-scorched claws. "I know what you mean." Shya's head snapped up, surprised by Naïma's serious tone. The younger dragon's expression had darkened, but she forced a smile when Shya met her eyes. "You should do what you feel is right, okay?" she asked, tilting her head. "What I feel is right. . . " Shya echoed thoughtfully. She grinned suddenly, grabbing Naïma's wrist. "Would you come with me?" "What? But I still need to—" "Come on, I need someone to back me up on why I ignored Zarin's orders. And if they really are in trouble, you have a Heart." "I– I suppose, but—" "Excellent! Let's go find them!" Shya took off through the camp, long grass swishing past her legs as she dragged the air dragoness with her.

"Well maybe I'd be less inclined to look before I leap if you were inclined to do the same." Starlight hissed, crouching down, tail lashing. "Worlock's and witch's have never done me any favors and this isn't any different." She said this as she remembered the expedition she had with Sol'Lux to collect the Elemental Hearts. Remembered how why they traveled across the sea to save a powerful dragon from the thralls of a group of wizards. Starlights jaws opened a bit and a small starter orb of ice swirled around getting slowly bigger.
(OOC: Zarin better jump in or emma's going to be a pop sickle)

"Hopefully they're still where we left the pendant," Shya muttered, weaving through the dark forest. "Where's that?" Naïma asked. She had freed herself from the other dragoness' grasp and was following a short distance behind her. "You'll know when you see it." Shya paused, sniffing the air. "Smoke. It's that way." She picked up the pace, slipping under a set of low branches and into a clearing. "Zarin?" she asked, peering at the back of a large green dragon. "What's going on?"

"Well you see this lady here?" Zarin held Emma up. "Shes the one that possessed Star, currently we are deciding her fate. To be honest, its not looking very good for her."

"Possessed?" Naïma asked, peering around Shya's flank at the scene. "To make a long story short, a spellcaster was controlling Starlight with a pendant and making her attack the others. Ask questions later," she growled. "And what's your excuse?" she snarled, stabbing a demanding claw in the direction of Emma.

Emma sighed, not turning around. "I've explained this twice already, ask one of them." she spat, bristling.

"According to her, she and her son were summoning demons to gain the knowledge they had. Her son how ever summoned one too powerful for him and it started to take control. Now hes in a coma and the only way to reverse it is by getting the power from every type of element of a dragon. And because she grew up in a town where dragons would attack humans she thinks we're all mindless monsters that just kill for fun, so she instead of asking one of us she used the pendant on Star and the rest is history." Zarin explained.

"Demons? Only someone hare-brained enough to try that in the first place would come up with a solution like that pendant," Shya snorted. Ignoring the dragoness' words, Naïma slid under Shya's wing and slunk forward. "How . . . how is he? Your son, I mean?" she asked softly.

Starlight hiss in exhasperation, letting the her attack die down again. "Shya, what do you think should happen to the human. I'm quite happy to freeze her solid after our little chat." She said the last word with a snap of her chaws. She spared both the new dragonesses a glance. "Not to mention it's their dabbling that got them stuck." She turned her attention and words back to the witch. "Even most dark dragons have more sense then that. Ever hear of books, or ancient ruins, ever hear of asking." Starlight's tail was lashing and with each breath release a fresh hiss.

Emma continued walking. "Refuse to help and be a murderer once, kill me now and be a murderer twice. For if my son doesn't get help soon he will be consumed entirely." she accused, refusing to turn around.

Shya crouched, her eyes glowing dangerously. "I think—" "We're going to help you," Naïma interrupted, moving in front of the fire dragoness. Shya drew back with a snarl. "What?" "We're going to help save her son," Naïma repeated evenly, keeping the traces of uncertainty from her voice. "Nothing will ever be solved if we're going to be this cowardly about it." "I don't understand." "Haven't you ever had an argument with a close friend where you're both too stubborn to be the first to apologize? That's what we're doing now." She turned back to Emma. "Apologizing first. What can I do to help?"

Emma stiffened as if jolted. "You'll help?" she asked incredulously, turning to look at Naïma. Then, she noticed the spinning object that floated just above her brow. "That's an elemental heart! How did you-!" She looked closer. Here eyes widened."Its energy... There's more that one nearby, isn't there?"

Starlight turned her glare to the air dragon for a few seconds, then was back to her original target. She growled slightly and dug at the ground on crouched paws. She was still terribly frustrated and angry, but as she said earlier she was no killer, at least, not a cold blooded killer in the non-literal sense. Of course that wouldn't stop her from being nasty and giving the witch a cold shoulder, literally and non-literally.

"Well, yes—" Naïma began, but Shya thrust an arm in front of the air dragoness. "But you don't need to know where right now," she hissed, glaring at the younger dragon. "What do you think we should do, General?" she asked, twisting her neck to look at Zarin.
