"What d-do you mean we have to wait?" Frost angrily asked the guard in front of the elders den. "Look, the elders said they would let me know as soon as they were ready to talk to the dark dragons. Until then you'll have to wait." Frost growled as he turned to the others. "So frost is it? When exactly will we meet the elders." The white dragon asked. "I honestly have no c-c-clue. Say, you know m-my name, but it seems i don't know yours."

"What's this I'm hearing about criminals?" Metrus asked, strolling up to the small cluster of dragons. He shouldn't be drawing attention to himself, he knew that, but it was hard to resist.

"... And then i ate him!" Tara finished her story about meeting the human knight calling himself Dragonbane, and both dragons burst into laughter. "Well, let us see what the elders are doing." Said the ice dragon and stood up, Tara following silently.
"Oh what is this?" he asked, looking at Metrus and the others in front of them. "The invasion started already and you weren't notified." Tara trolled, hoping to provoke some of them to hit her first so she could 'defend herself.' "Remember how we told stories, few days ago i defeated five of them after my squad left me for dead and stole their artifact." she said to add more insults.

Metrus wasn't the sort to get angry. He told himself this even as an embered rage bubbled to life in his chest. Five days ago . . . there was no way it was a coincidence. He wouldn't acknowledge it, couldn't let this overbearing warrior know that his quarrel with her was personal. Not while in neutral territory. The anger within him had cooled to a hungry, calculating thing, and he fed it. A fire dragon, in the heart of ice clan territory, trying to accuse his people of invading it? Oh, she'd see invasion all right. A simple (and slightly frivolous) promise for revenge just kept growing, it seemed. "Stealing from my clan doesn't really paint you the victim here," he hissed, trying hard to keep the bitterness from seeping into his words.

"As far as i recall, if you loot somebody who stepped on your land without permission, it's called salvage. Particularly since there were only wrecks and corpses left." she said and her ice dragon companion offered her a bro fist. "One of them got away though, but i was injured. The next time i find her on our land, i am gonna put her to the ground, once and for all," She turned to Frost, "Before the situation gets even more out of hand." she said with suggestive wink.

"That's it!" Metrus roared, almost shaking. He slid into a more aggressive position and dug his claws into the ice. "Say that again, I dare you!" Threaten my family and see where it gets you, he thought to himself, a snarl tugging at his mouth.

Tara laughed inwardly as she saw every ice dragon around look in Metrus' direction, some even growing various sharp ice weapons. She didn't know if she stumbled upon a choleric or just found out what made the dark dragon tick by a total fluke, the point was she just gained major advantage by accident: She definitely wasn't the 'bad fire dragon' for the general public anymore. Someone else was the bad guy. "Nah... Too much collateral damage." Tara said, turning her back on the male, but not letting her guard down. When dealing with dark dragons, one wasn't safe from any side, not even from within.

The snowy plain was harsh to cross when a wintry storm engulfed the place. The wind was howling as snow the size of snowballs were pelting Thoron on the left side of his face coating his side in snow. Scourge on the other hand was smart enough to walk on the right side of the dragon using him as a wall from the harsh environment. The large dragon snarled as he grew angry of this blistering snow slamming into him. "I would be flying over this right now if I could feel my wings! We need to find a place to escape this drag!" He remarked as he lifted his left wing in front his view so he could breath without swallowing the frozen clumps of water. Scourge looked up at the dragon with black hollow eye sockets and growled, "By escaping this drag, do you mean finding that fire dragon we can both barely smell in this hell hole...?" "Yes, and now I can smell new dragons nearby, dark dragon and a few ice ones to be exact! Come on lets go we need to hurry this up!" Thoron answered as he brought his neck down letting the demon climb on his back. As soon as the demon made himself stable on the dragon's back, Thoron heard a weird growl fill the air around him. Suddenly glowing red eyes and shadowy forms started to appear around Thoron and Scourge.
The demon stood up on Thoron's back while reaching for his Core of Destruction but a shadow much larger then him tackled the entity off of the dragon's back. Thoron turned his attention off the giant shadow lurking ever closer to him to watch Scourge disappear into the wall of snow. "Scourge..." Yelled the dragon as the giant shadow in front of the black dragon materialized into what looked like Chaos' false father, Lok. Thoron stood up on his hind legs getting ready for a fight until the dark dragon stopped to look at him with a grin then spoke, "Now, now! You are surrounded! Don't try to attack your own clan for that is betrayal. So tell me, what are you doing trying to give away our position of our hidden base and why have you befriended such an ugly creature? Speak now or my soldiers will rip you apart!" Thoron looked around as he noticed many dark dragon were surrounding him with gleaming sharp fangs and readied talons waiting or their leader to give the order. The black dragon wanted to attack but he was way out numbered so he acted like he was on a crucial mission for the lords of darkness. "I'm on a mission from lords themselves to find a otherworldly artifact or creature that might make them invincible in the up coming war! Now if you don't mind can I continue my mission North or do you want me to lose the object that me and my demon are tracking?" Lied Thoron as he hoped it would work. "Hmm, so you are under orders to find this thing that interests them. Well why don't you join us at our base then brother, so when this storm passes you might be able to find your objective easier and your demon friend is also welcome?" Asked the evil appearing dragon as he told the others to stand down. Thoron calmed himself as he saw Scourge walk up to his side brushing snow off his armour. "Your lucky that worked!" Thought the demon to himself. The black dragon didn't want to draw unwanted attention as the leader stared at him so he responded to the offer, "It would be an honor if I were to join your base for the time being so please lead me to your layer." The dark dragon smiled and responded, "Good that is what I wanted to hear from you outlander, now come." The dark leader turned around and headed through the blizzard with his brood following. The two looked at each other as if this was a bad idea then followed until they came across an ark way into a giant cavern that resided into a glacier. When the two entered it was dark, damp, and the purple flames that lighted the cavern didn't help much either but it was warm and dry at least. At the end of the rows of the purple flame pillars resided the dark dragon leader sitting upon a large diamond shaped granite rock that he used as his throne. Thoron resisted his nervous feelings then him and scourge took refuge near a bonfire that a group of dark dragons sat next and waited until the storm has passed sitting quietly and aware until then.

Metrus clenched his hands, the ice crunching in his grip. He longed to make a final stab at the dragoness, to call her a coward for refusing to face him, but he'd already gone too far. His only strength lay in a calm mind, anyways, and his mind was far from calm. He inhaled slowly with a hiss, then turned away from the retreating fire dragon. A nearby ice dragon tentatively tapped Frost on the shoulder. "The Elders said they're ready to see our visitors now." Metrus lifted his red eyes to meet Frost's. "Remember both sides of that conversation when it comes time for you to choose," he said in a low voice, casting a glance back at Tara. "That time has not yet arrived, but trust me when I say that it will come." "And wingless one," he thought to Vorun, "I have need of your services. As soon as we are out of this and you are able, meet me at the catacombs. Villemek, you'll find, is suddenly quite flexible as to where you find employment, and I believe I have an offer of interest to you." Metrus shuffled his wings, then spoke aloud as if he had been debating something during his stretch of silence. "I should like to join in on the counsel with the Elders as well, particularly since I was unable to properly announce myself at the gate," he offered. "It seems only fair."

"I'm sure it will..." Tara said back, "And don't get your hopes up, darkling. If the meaning of the word 'elder' is the same everywhere, NONE of us will get what we want." she sighed and braced herself for politics. "If i fall asleep in there, poke me." she said to her ice friend.

The wind outside the cavern began to die down as Thoron sat patiently waiting for it to. The dragon noticed the howling turn into a quiet whistle saying enough that the storm was over. "Alright that is enough for me to hear! Lets go Scourge, lets continue our mission." Spoke Thoron as he stood up suddenly making all the thirty dark dragons, including the leader, look toward his direction. Scourge stood up while pulling his mace off the ground and hooking it on to his back. "Then lets hurry, and do this mission!" Said the demon sarcastically as he looked up at the black dragon with an evil grin. The god slayer nodded and the two headed for exit calmly but just then the dark leader called out at Thoron, "Leaving so early well if you ever find what your looking for you should bring it back to me and I'll put in a good word for my brothers and sisters for what you did. After all I am one of the dark lords so I can do that!" The large dragon stopped to turn his head slightly at the leader and responded, "I'll keep that in mind, now farewell!"
Scourge and Thoron both entered back into the icy terrain but it was clear this time. In the distance south from where there at, they could see the monstrous blizzard raging. "I can't believe we made it that far through that storm! Well seeing that we can now freely move..." The black dragon spread out his large wings to the sky then folded them back up. He looked at the horizon then began walking through the tundra. The two walked for a while until they came across an unnatural crater then more started appearing. Thoron began examining them and found out that this is where the dark dragons and ice dragons were, now another element appeared in the same scent mix. "Well this is where they were at and now I sense a city nearby..." The dragon found a black sack embedded in one of the ice craters so he busted the ice around it and ripped it out. He looked into the sack after he thawed it and found five nicely cut jewels, two of them were emeralds and the rest were rubies. "This is nice! Who ever lost this is now mine!" He said to himself as he fastened the strings around his neck and checked the rest of the craters for anything. Nothing else was there so he told Scourge that he was finished and the two continued to the ice fortress.
After running a good fifteen miles they finely came to the ice fortress and walked up to the gates. The guards were not happy when they saw the two. They brought up their weapons at Thoron then yelled at him to "halt?" as he neared the gate. The black dragon stopped with a confused look on his face as the guards walked up to him. He asked the dragon guards what the problem was, "Uh I don't mean no harm..." "That's right you don't!" Responded the guard as he jabbed his spear at him making Thoron back up otherwise he would have been stabbed in the neck. "Hey watch it buddy...! Growled The large dragon warningly but the guard didn't care. Scourge walked up to the guard as he attempted to jab again and pulled the spear out of his hand. The demon smacked the dragon in the face with the back end of his own spear then broke the weapon in half over his knee and dropped it to the ground at the guards feat. The gate guard grabbed the left side of his face as it began drizzling with blood around his eye socket. "Mh, get the others? We have a problem on our hands!" Ordered the guard as the other one that was closest to the gate listened and vanished by jumping over the wall. The hurt guard lifted his hand from his face and could still see just the flesh around his eye socket was cut deeply from the impact. Scourge looked up at Thoron and said, "Well you got your ticket in just I'll stay out here and vanish for a bit. I can't stand ice dragons and they are a threat to me so I hope you understand!" The demon walked away from the ice gate and into the tundra where he vanished. Moments later the gates opened and several ice dragons came rushing out aggressively surrounding Thoron awaiting orders from their general that came walking out soon after...
OCC: That guard that went to go get reinforcements walked past Frost and Tarra to talk to that dragon that was leading the hunting party with Frost so yeah. Either Frost or Tarra would be nice to help or interrogate Thoron.

Before Frost could even really think two dragons, a Dark and a Fire, came up and started talking about how the fire had defeated five dragons. She was then acting all chummy with Frost even when the Dark seemed to go on the offensive. They all seemed to calm down when the guard told him the Elders were ready to see the dark dragons. "Thanks." Then a guard rushed by getting back up for something going on at the gate. "Ok-k-k-kay. Things seem to be escalating r-r-r-really quickly." He said to himself, he would have gone to see what was going down, but he was the one who brought the dark dragons in. His appearance at this was very important. "Alright. You f-f-f-four, come on." He motioned the dark dragons in. "Anyone els-se who would like to observe, come in t-t-too."

"I'd prefer personal hearing." Tara said on the offer, not really wanting to know what the dark dragons have to say. She heard it all before few months in advance back home. Furthermore, an unresistible distraction was growing at the main gate. She knew better than to get in a fight here, but that didn't mean she couldn't watch. She motioned to her friend and the two went over there before it was their turn to be heard. As they were closing in, Tara recognized the two troublemakers. "Oh, these guys... Please hide me, i don't wanna deal with them, AGAIN..."
