The Use of This Thread:

So this is where we brainstorm ideas for new stories. We want to keep the site going so to do that we should have stories on hand and ready for when we finish one/ all the current Role-Plays. Here is where it'll all happen. People put up idea's then we all discuss and put our own input on the topic. In the end if the idea is a good one and everyone agrees to it then I or another Admin will collect all the useful info on the story and set it up here in the first post so it's all in one place. Now let your imagination go wild, let new stories be born and let this site flourish!

(PS- please when making the bulk of your stories to stay on topic and at least them being about dragons.)

Maybe doors to other worlds are closing. And that's a bad thing. The thing that once held open the doors between worlds is sickening and dying, and not long from now, all dimensions will be divided. Which is bad, too, because magic flows through these doors, and you know how water acts when in can no longer flow. It stagnates. The world is quickly becoming a bog of stale magic. And somehow we need to restore the balance, stuff like that. Maybe people would have to find wells of magic to restore their energy, instead of it just recharging normally.

My other suggestion would be children are going missing, and I know you know what that means. >

...idea branching from yours:

everything is coming from somewhere, so each dragon's elemental power comes from somewhere (fire= the volcano's, wind= the four winds, water/ice= oceans+rivers, energy= static in the air/water, earth= the land/ plants) Someone/ thing want's to destroy that ballance to destroy the planet. First one elements disappears which isn't that bad, then another and another: everything is out of wack.

Future idea (later when we've run out of medieval type stuff): Dragons are now more advanced and not only use their elements to fight but also use technology. It's a sci-fi version of Dragon Essence. Basically the enemy's this time are (at first) evolved flits and gydra's (though this is only in the beginning), then the main enemy being alien invaders like wolf- they are furry, have tails and muzzles like wolve's/dogs but can walk upright if they choose and have movable "fingers" (they look like regular paws but they can move each toe separately like fingers)

oh I totally forgot about Ghaen. Since I never joined in on that I don't know the story line, so I have no idea.

Oh, it's pretty much just dragons with advanced armor and lazers and stuff. It hasn't gone far, yet, I kinda just mauled Rogue with an NPC dragon and Nohiki hasn't replied since. XD

Well, I've always wanted to do an ultimate competition of sorts... (I've been trying to build up to that in BT for months)

Here's one: you know how the elemental stones are spirits of the first and most powerful dragons? Well where did dragon come from. Sure they may have evolved from lizards on the planet but what if not?

My thought was that maybe these dragons are creations of some greater being for some reason or another. The dragons wanted out and devised a excape plan. They (being the first) were able to go into space and once there (off the planet or where ever they came from) used the Light Dragons portal ability to get away. It was a quick and safe means of escape and the greater being/ master was unable to find them- Until NOW!

In the Dragon Essence series we have 2 (3 if you count BT) present time and 1 future. This would be jumped again another 50 (or something)...
Our first dragons would be elders now and the younglings (Disease characters) would be the leaders of their respective clans- all "heros" and respected. This being has found them and has attacked and almost obliterated a clan so far. Now all the dragon race (now mostly trained and a warrior in one way or another) unite to fight off the intruder and keep the freedom their ancestors obtained for them.
