Velum"nier leaped off the rock it was trapped on and rolled across the hardened lava in the shape of a spined ball to avoid the dragon's scorching flame. The strange creature opened onto it's feat and looked back at the lizard, "You will tell me when I consume your flesh prey. Once I do, This one will know everything about you, including your blood pairs (Family)." It growled with one of it's arms charred from accidentally dipping it into a uncooled puddle. The abomination stood up exposing it's chest showing the teeth that stood closed. The jagged mouth opened and a weird ball of bloodied flesh plopped on the ground then started moving. The Dreadlord bent down and licked it as blood dripped out of the jaws on it's chest. "You will all be the first to witness my true power air breathers." it hissed while crawling away from the growing object it berthed. It soon stood up again and launched another barrage of spurs at the dragons trying the keep them busy and away from the thing that was growing. As moments passed, the ball of flesh grew muscle and soon spikes. Weight increased and mass began to build as well. It was growing into something horrific when black claws and the form of a body erupted out of the membrane that held it still. During that odd moment, the infant grew legs and bladed bone arms as it was still coiled up on it's side. It's head had nothing but jagged teeth and a splitting mouth that opened four different ways.

(Note that the blizzard is still in effect, it's just not as completely blinding as a full blown front.)
Sarin brought up a curved ice wall that redirected a spear back at the creature. She growled determinedly. Fireing and ice beam after the spear she charged foreward towards the newer threat. When she was halfway there she summoned up a thick ice pillar beside it, jumped, and landed on it's surface to bring the whole thing down, directed to fall on the creature.

OOC: Oh right... MP: 90/100; Also, no growing OP NPCs While Sarin busied herself with one, Tara turned her attention to the threat that was literally growing in front of her. "You guys, shield yourself! It's about to get HOT!" she growled a warning, a white ball of super hot flames appearing in her hand. With a rumbling roar, she leapt to the air, diving after the monster right after, the fiery punch meeting the creature. A massive explosion of heat and flames followed, sending charred bits of the infernal beast everywhere and leaving Tara in a very big hole. MP: 40/100

OCC: For sure, for sure! XD
The abomination took a few steps back while witnessing the scorn of it's born creation. "Impressive, you've been blessed with the hellborn's fire!" It suggested to itself while the thing swung it's right fingered arm out at the ice that turned into an unbelievably sharp blade before contact. The bladed arm cut through the ice like wind and slowly the slab tilted to miss Velum'nier as it crashed next to it. The creature slowly turned it's attention off the crater that the fire dragon had made and looked right at the ice dragons that tried to crush it. "It's all game when that was just a distraction." it clicked turning to the ice dragons flying above with open claws. The thing climbed up the ice with tremendous speed and jumped to one of the ice dragons latching on to one of them when it got close enough. The monster crawled onto the dragon's back then burrowed it's claws and fangs under the scaly flesh soon jumped off to escape into the white leaving it's victim to bare the worst then just a bite. The creature vanished into the snow storm running east, only clicking happily as it went.

(Ooc: you knocked the pillar down, how can it climb up it? And what happened to each of the monsters? Did one infect an ice dragon or burrow into it? And you do realize that if icedragons radiate cold they must be supper chilly on the inside -(if a creature did get into one). :/ )

OCC: Well there was two yes. First Velum'nier then the thing it created. Tara blew the recently created one into Hungarian goulash before it could stand. Velum watched as it was killed then knew a obelisk/pillar was crashing down on it. The Dreadlord turned his right arm into a blade and sliced it in half making the pillar not top heavy anymore. After that it jumped onto the nearest dragon from the remains of that ice pillar and bit/clawed the dragon's back hoping that it was lucky. Then it took off before anyone could catch-up.
The question is though is that I wanted you to decide if that dragon gets infected or not from that attack, because that is an ice dragon and it could be too cold for the disease to spread. Also the disease doesn't turn everyone into those creatures, some just get sick and die if their blood seems to difficult to converge, Psychically or mentally weaker creatures or beings (that could also be affected by a disease or sickness) are turned into horrific slaves in the first hour.
That's enough rambling form me! XDD

(Ooc: Sarin was still on the pillar as it was falling not to mention she only made one. The first was like a curve snow drift inky as tall as she was. Bah, whatever.)
Sarin felt the pillar she was falling with break in half right above her knees and it's trejectory pushed it off course. Wings folded in, she landed on her side and rolled out of the way. On her feet again she thought she heard at least one of the things disapear into the storm. She scowled. Keepng an ear and eye out for its possible return she yelled to her team, "Head count." She got four affirmations of good condition but the fifth came out to meet her, "One of them got me. Feals like i a consentrated dose of fizt sap with a dose of energy leaf to boot." Sarin motioned for him to turn around for her to get a look. The wound had many rips in it and was edged in purple. She sent him back to get it looked at further and taken care of. He agreed reluctantly and left. The others had gathered around and were ready to go.
(Ooc, well, someone weak of mind or body wouldn't be sent to the potential front lines of a fight in disadvantaged territiory. Once the poison is gone (-or whatever-) he'll be right as rain (or close to it till the physical wounds have healed).)

"This is getting ridiculous! We have other things to do!" Tara yelled at the company. "Withdraw at once, we're leaving! This is the demon's fight, let him deal with it!" she said and backed away to cover of the ice dragons, intending on raising a cloud of smoke to cover their retreat, but the abomination beat her to the fleeing. "Ok, that was different," she said, not quite sure what they just fought or why, "but we should move it if we want to stay on time."
OOC: Kauria you setting up some sort of ambush on the way?

"Of course, all set." Sarin agreed. They formed up again and left the cooling rock over the lava pit to get covered in snow again. Before they reached the border the storm thickened again but they weren't in it too long as they got closer to the border and left Ice Clan territory.

The sun peaked above the trees hitting Thoron's eye lids making them open in a crimson red. He blinked his eyes several times turning back to red and blue like they were. The giant took in a great breath of air then slowly his jaws opened into a yawn. "Ah, well it looks like we made it through," he said to himself before noticing the white dragoness laying next to him, "Awe, and you're still here heavy sleeper!" he finished jokingly with a fanged smile.

Luna having been half asleep had been floating just an inch or two above the ground she decided to go ahead and get up so she floated down the rest of the way. She went ahead and took down the security system she had setup while she tried to stifle a yawn. "of course Im still here silly." luna said walking out into the sunlight and stretching out like a cat. "are your wounds any better?" she asked thoron.

"They definitely don't feel like I had any!" responded Thoron as he stood from the arch and joined Luna in the sunlight. He stretched out with his tail in the air and soon fell on his side to roll on his back looking to the sky. "Well now, I feel like a new dragon! Thanks very much by the way," he said while looking at the white dragoness upside down with a cheerful gaze, "How about you? You look refreshed." His huge form flat out against the sand and his arms curled up next to his crimson chest. The giant's wings were open and against the sand as well like a large red carpet.

"mmm yes very much so. i find that i start to fall ill when i don't get enough light." she said looking back cheerfully and the spark of light back in her eyes. she went ahead and lay down beside and stretched the wing furthest from thoron out and away from her body letting the sun warm it, she half closed her eyes in the plesure of the sun on her body again.

"So, where do you believe we will be sent to help, Tara?" Sarin asked. Since leaving the snow, ice and the blizzard behind she'd been thinking about how they would best employ their aid. Deep within the volcano stronghold wouldn't be much good because she and her team would be greatly hindered (and possibly harmed) by the heat, and yet the Feiries would most likely be uneasy about any independent actions within their land till further trust was established.

"Depends on what skills you have. Right now we could pretty much use healers. You'll see just how bad it was once we get to the fortress." Tara said, her gaze pointed to the ground sadly. "Honest to gods, I think not many will be required to actually come here. If reason has any place in this political thing, then the whole idea is to get the dark clan into a pincer between your clan's territory and ours. Fighting a war on two fronts have never ended well for anybody." Tara elaborated on her opinion.
They were taking the long route, sticking as far from the dark clan positions as possible, and were now approaching the closest spot. "Guard yourself, if they'll spot us at any time, it's gonna be now."
