Subject: Searching for clues leading to find the lost world of Atlantis

They rematerialized just under the clouds. Fireheart enjoyed the free fall and let the chilly air fly around his body. He was feeling his body rejuvenating, as the sun of Earth was younger than that of Dragon essence, and gave away brighter light. He felt it impacting his skin and refreshing his energies. Under them there was a clearing in the forest with a spring. He landed there and stabbed his claw into the water, and pulled a fish out. A flame enveloped it and it was cooked in few seconds. It was only after then when he noticed they were not alone. A pair of elf and dragon was looking at them with curiosity and kinda surprised faces. He looked at Dinara and shrugged.

The pair looked at the two small dragons. Before the two had dropped in both Pyhros and Saratheen had been looking over a map trying to figure out what would be the best place to stay hidden for the next few months, yet again. "What do you think of this Sara? Dark Clan?" "Not sure, to be honest. Too small to pose any real threat for one matter, of course that could mean that they could be scouts. Another matter is that their riders aren't with them. And if you look closer you can see that they don't bare any signs at all of a saddle or any sorts." "Hmm." Pyhros then rolled up the map and fitted it into his satchel, then setting his palm onto his sword hilt. "Hello, strangers. And what may you two be doing int he wilds?" Saratheen got up and came around behind her rider.

Fireheart looked up at the bigger dragon and checked the power. It seemed like he would out gun it if it came to a fight, not to mention Dinara had the upper hand because the big dragon and the elf bared the fire element, but hoped it won't be necessary to fight their way out. "Greetings." he said out loud, "We have just arrived from far lands. Actually, we are kind of lost. Maybe you can tell us where can we find the closest civilization, sir?" he asked politely, as he didn't know how much formal this planet is. "Why is your companion so silent?" he dared to ask, feeling there was mind conversation between the two. "Do you think it is safe to tell them where are we from? After all, our kinde has been here before." he asked Dinara in their own link.

"And how long ago was that?" Dinara thought in response. "That must have been ages ago and we don't really look like them. I mean, they're huge. I say keep it a secret until we know they will believe what we say."

"That's a mighty strange question." "I stay silent because there is no need for me to talk right now." Saratheen responded, a bit confused. "Travelers? Hmm. Well the nearest city is Whishina by Whisper Lake, the Air Clan Capital. But what would you want there?" Pyhros responded. "Where are their bonds?" Things were getting very confusing, and the questions and uncertaintys were piling up.

"As i said. We two are travelers and... Explorers. We study different cultures. For example we so far we were observing the north tribes of Men." Fireheart was making their cover up as it came back from his memory of the wall of history. "Their mythology is very interesting." "The two seem like they stick together. Can you believe this? I know my mom had a rider for a few moments but then they had to separate. I never seen anyone else doing that." he noticed to Dinara. "As for what we want, we are searching for more information, and if you say you can show us the direction to the capital, that would surely be the best."
OOC: Let's do it. I said the "two" on purpose so they can confirm they have no bonds.

"This is a different planet with different traditions. Maybe it's some warrior rights thing. He does look like a warrior."

"You two?! But what happened to your bonds?" Saratheen asked becoming more worried. Usually if one of the bonds dies in battle the other becomes more hollow and strange to everyone else, and that if they live after the experience. "And what would you want with the humans? They don't have much to do with you." Pyhros added. "Maybe they are dark clan looking for old machine they think the humans might have. Something to quicken their release." "But what about their bonds?" "Maybe it's just a ploy or some new technique.

"This is bad right? Guess we're busted." hissed Fireheart to Dinara. In his mind he chewed out Sol'Lux for not having more knowledge of Earth than he did to pass. He took a deep breath. "Ok... Since we don't want any fighting and you haven't killed us yet i guess we can, or rather shall if we like to keep it that way, tell the truth." he said. "We come from another planet, an ancient colony. We have only limited knowledge about your planet because only few of us ever been here, and almost none about other colonies. I do not know if you even know about any colonies, but i can prove i am saying the truth. From my limited knowledge, i know NO dragon on earth can do this!" he said and pointed to the sky, firing a light beam and also igniting his fingertip. "If you show me an Earth light dragon or somebody who can control two elements, I'll bury you in gold."

"Scorching Solstice, put that light out." Pyhros yelled. "Your going to call attention to us all." Saratheen hissed. "Fine fine, we beleive you, for now anyway." Pyhros continued, getting into Saratheen's saddle quickly. "Now if you don't want more suspicion brought upon you we should move."

"And do this." Said Fireheart and snapped his fingers. A Fire elf illusion appeared on his back, along with saddle and stuff. "Ice or water?" he asked Dinara as he walked behind Saratheen. He was trying to absorb what happened in the past few minutes. He thought it would be nice holiday full of studies and bounty hunting, with impressive reward and maybe little tension at the end. and the reality? After the warp nearly missed their destination, they almost got to fight with the fire elf and his dragons. What he couldn't understand was the term they used. "Where are our bonds. What do you think it means? Some sort of partnership? They looked pretty freaked when they realized we don't have any." he shared his thoughts. He looked around. The forest they were entering wasn't that different from the ones on their home, suggesting the plant life was seeded as well. "By the way, I am Fireheart, this is Dinara. Say do you know anything about a place called Atlantis?" he asked right away. After all, that's why they were here.

"As I said. maybe it's a 'rights of passage' thing, or when they start training for whatever craft they are going to do in life." Dinara responded then out loud said to the two ahead of them. "What would be less suspicious?"

Pyhros rubbed his forehead with one of his hands. Saratheen responded. "Water Clan. They control a bit of ice knowledge as well, not to mention there is no individual clan for ice." "As if we didn't have enough trouble." "No, I didn't read extensively into our lands history. You have to talk to a historian or some one who excels in magic."

An image formed and a water elf illusion formed on Dinara's back. "I guess this world suits you." smiled Fireheart as they continued. "Hmm, that is most troubling. I hope your historians are better in their work then ours. Though we only get information on one place, i doubt there would be much more anywhere else. It's like the colonies and Earth were kept separated on purpose." he was slowly starting to speak for himself " Two of the colonies were even erased from our records. But for what purpose? Obviously we found a way to get to Earth, so there must be a way from Earth to all colonies. I think we are on the right place. Now just find the little information and we're there." he said with a smile. Then he slowly and carefully looked around. "We're being followed." he whispered.

"Were you being followed?" Dinara asked the elf. "You could kinda say that, a bit hard to explain though. Just keep you head down and pick up the pace."Pyhros whispered back loudly. Saratheen sped up then turned back in the direction of the river. Not long after the very faint barely legible rumbling changed to a more thunderous volume. Then the river was in sight. Saratheen ran beside it then when the cliff came she jumped off and spiraled down with the waterfall. She did a loop and disappeared through the curtain of water. Dinara followed, slightly parting the water to see into it. Inside was a slight cavern with ripply walls. The rock continued to be ripply down the face of the wall behind the waterfall too. She slipped inside.

Fireheart folowed. Inside the cavern he felt an urge to get out asap, but just for a fraction of a second. "Another cave. Sickening. First, our families hide in one to avoid war. Second i am stuck in fire fortress which is made of stone. Then we fight the disease and enter a cave, full of giant spiders and you have to freeze me. In the next cave, Zarin dies. What's next? The world is going to end?" he said sarcastically. The scars the past few days left on him were still fresh. So many have died. He just hoped that whatever they find on Atlantis can prevent stuff like that.

"Shush. We don't want whoever it is following us to find this place, for now at least." Saratheen hissed. "But why?" Dinara whispered back after giving Fireheart a sympathizing look. "Me and Sara did something a few years back that got a very powerful... man angry. He's been trying to get us since then. Now please be-" Pyhros cut himself off when a shadow flew across the light filtering through the waterfall. Dinara turned around to face the entrance, her ice armor perspiring and condensing on her scales.

Fireheart was thinking if whoever it was actually was a man. "Silence! Stay still!" he whispered and dispersed the light, making them almost invisible if they didn't move a bit. He was watching carefully what will happen next, not exactly sure if he wanted to know. Just in case, he got his teleport spell ready, although the only place he could possibly target is the clearing they landed upon, as he knew nothing of the surrounding terrain. It will have to do.
